Hot-pressed silicone gilding plate at high temperature refers to a process of applying a layer of gold or other precious metals onto a silicone rubber substrate at high temperature using a hot-pressing method.
The silicone substrate is first prepared by cleaning and coating it with a layer of adhesive material. The gold leaf or other metal leaf is then placed onto the silicone substrate, and the two are hot-pressed together using a specialized machine. The high temperature and pressure applied during this process bond the gold leaf firmly to the silicone substrate, creating a durable and long-lasting gilding plate.
Requirements for bronzing silicone plate: High temperature resistance 300-400°C, hardness requirements can be determined according to the requirements of customers’ printing samples. Generally, the hardness is 30A°, 40A°, 50A°, 60A°, 70A°, 80A°, 90A°, etc.
